Our Kids Love These Healthy Snacks — and They’re Non-Perishable
Shop Story

As parents, we are always on the hunt for healthy snacks and foods to feed our family. It also helps if those foods are easy to make or convenient for us to grab. It’s no secret that kids love snacking, and now that we are stuck at home with them all day every day it seems like their snacking needs have been kicked into high gear.

Rather than having to whip something up in the kitchen every 10–20 minutes, it’s great to have several healthy options that kids can grab on their own. From pre-packaged crackers and chips, to delicious protein shakes and fruit bars, there is something on this list for every appetite. Of course, given our current situation, it’s important that these snacks are shelf stable. Running out to the grocery store is not as easy as it once was and we need to remain safely in our homes as much as possible. Stocking up on snacks for the whole family is essential!

We know kids aren’t the only ones whose snacking habits have increased throughout the day, either. We have included plenty tried-and-true options that parents will enjoy, too. We definitely don’t recommend snacking as a hobby during these challenging times, but we know you’re home and you’re hungry, so why not have healthy foods at the ready?

We’ve rounded up 15 healthy, non-perishable snacks that are delicious and satisfying, plus they are available to shop right now. Check them out below.
